This program handles contested and uncontested divorce, custody petitions and modification, support, visitation petitions and modifications.

Types of Help That This Program Offers:
This program provides one-on-one in-person or telephone assistance with Domestic Relations forms preparation and instructions supplied by the Court Clerk. The program will occasionally provide legal information, advice and referrals. The program will mail materials to people who are out-of-State, or those who are not local to Harford County who cannot get to the Courthouse.
