Type of Legal Problems Handled by this Program: The program assists pro se family litigants by providing legal information and forms regarding uncontested, at-fault and no-fault divorce; child support motions (parent and non-parent); motions to modify child support; petitions to waive costs; property claims as part of divorce; alimony claims as part of divorce; custody as part of divorce; annulments, and defenses (answers to a complaint for divorce or
custody); legal information and forms regarding
name changes.
Types of Help That This Program Offers: The program provides one-on-one in-person assistance to clients by providing an initial screening for legal problems, legal information, Domestic Relations forms and instructions provided by the Court Clerk, occasional help filling in forms, and referrals. The program will mail materials to clients.
