Type of Legal Problems Handled by this Program: This program handles contested and uncontested divorces, petitions to waive costs, custody petitions and modifications, child support initial petitions and modifications, and visitation petitions and modifications.

Types of Help That This Program Offers: This program provides, one-on-one in-person and by phone, an initial screening for legal problems, assistance with the preparation of forms, information, advice and referrals. The program will also mail materials to clients.
